Disclosure Policy

  1. Information disclosure standards

    In accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations and the Tokyo Stock Exchange's securities listing regulations “Timely Disclosure of Company Information” (hereinafter “Timely Disclosure Rules”), we will promptly disclose information based on transparency, fairness and contunuity. Even though if the laws and regulations and timely disclosure rules do not apply, we will proactively and fairly disclose information that we consider important or useful for shareholders and investors to understand our company. We do not disclose personal information, customer information, or information that would violate the rights of the parties concerned.

  2. Method of information disclosure

    Information disclosed with the Timely Disclosure Rules shall be disclosed through the Timely Disclosure Information Transmission System (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the rules, and after it has been made public by this system, it shall be posted immediately on the Company's website. Regarding information that does not fall under the rules for timely disclosure, information that is determined important or useful will be widely disclosed by posting it on our website.

  3. Prevention of Insider Trading

    Regarding prevention of Insider Trading, we have established information management rules and insider trading management rules. In addition to holding study sessions on insider trading regulations for officers and employees every year, and distributing manuals, we strive to disseminate the purpose and promote awareness of the purpose.

  4. Handling of business forecasts and future information

    Of the forecasts, future forecasts, strategies, and goals, etc., disclosed by the Company, statements other than those relating to past or present facts are forward-looking statements, and are based on information and rational information currently available to the Company. It is based on plans, expectations, and judgments based on certain assumptions deemed appropriate. Therefore, actual results may differ from the disclosed forecasts due to factors such as economic conditions and other uncertainties.

  5. Silence period

    From the viewpoint of preventing disclosure of financial results information (including quarterly financial results information) and providing for the fairness of information disclosure, the Company has set a silent period between the day after the end of the financial results (quarterly financial results) period and the date of each financial results announcement. During this period, we will refrain from answering or commenting on questions regarding our financial results and outlook. However, if it is anticipated that the earnings forecast will fluctuate significantly during this period, it will be announced as appropriate in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.

  6. Development of Internal Systems

    In accordance with this Disclosure Policy, the Company strives to improve and enhance its internal systems in order to appropriately disclose information in accordance with laws and regulations and timely disclosure rules.
