SYS Holdings Co., Ltd. develops system integration and outsourcing services under the philosophy of "returning skilled human resources and technologies to society through information systems." We handle a variety of "information" in our business and recognize that to the security management of "information" is an important social responsibility. Especially, we recognize the importance of personal information and position privacy protection as one of our top priorities in corporate activities. To provide that this is practiced, the following personal information protection policy has been established, and officers and employees are striving to properly handle and manage personal information in accordance with this policy.

  1. Collection, Use and Provision of Personal Information

    We strive to acquire, use and provide appropriate personal information in consideration of the business content and scale. In addition, the use of personal information shall be within the scope of the purpose of use specified in advance at the time of acquisition. Personal information beyond that range (unintended use) will not be handled, and measures to prevent unintended use will be taken.

  2. Proper Management of Personal Information

    The personal information acquired by the Company and the personal information entrusted by outside parties shall be managed safely and accurately. Information security measures shall be implemented against such problems as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., and we strive for prevention of problem. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will take immediate corrective action.

  3. Response to complaint consultation

    We accept complaints and consultations from individuals regarding the handling of personal information and the personal information protection management system. We respond appropriately and promptly.

  4. Compliance with laws, regulations and standards

    We strive to implement actions that comply with laws and regulations regarding Personal Information Protection, national guidelines, “Personal Information Protection Management System Requirements (JIS Q 1500 1)" and other standards.

  5. Formulation and Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection Management System

    We have established a management system for personal information protection, and will disseminate it to officers and all employees. In addition, the President will review this on a regular basis and strive for continuous improvement.
